Encinitas club house

Full remodel of this community clubhouse in Encinitas, just blocks from the beach — and an even better donut shop. This project went down to the studs, including a complete powder room rebuild from the ground up. We also added a brand-new outdoor gazebo, giving the community a shaded, covered space to sit and gather. The result: a clean, safe space the community can enjoy year-round, surf up or not.
